I offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Period for Any Reason! Artifacts to be returned MUST be in the same condition as sent. It is strongly recommended that all returns are sent with signature conformation of delivery and that the contents are safely packaged to avoid getting damaged in shipping. All US and overseas countries need to insure that all customs forms are filled out correctly and  labeled as returned goods. All goods if accepted for return after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

I guarantee all relics I sell to be ancient and or authentic.

I try my best to provide an accurate description and the best images possible, but if an artifact you buy from me does not live up to your expectations then return it within 30 days of receiving it for any reason and I will be happy to refund your money less any fees I may have incurred to ship it to you or you costs to ship it back to me.

In this business there are a lot of different opinions when it comes to grades and types of artifacts so please keep this in mind.

If at anytime after the 30 day approval period (give or take a couple days) this artifact is ever determined as a replica and not authentic buy one of the well recognized Authenticators of Northwest artifacts listed below:

Shipping throughout Canada and the US is generally $3.00 to $25.00 for a small package and I will ship Worldwide for cost. I am not one to make money on your shipping cost.

 

I require a 10% to 20% deposit with the down payment to be received within 10 days of agreement to buy the piece. I am flexible in my terms to hold an item, but feel that 45 days is a reasonable period to close the transaction, there are exceptions where I will extend this, contingent upon the buyer making payments on an agreed schedule.

If such payments are not made, I will keep the deposit and refund the balance via personal check.

No relics will be sent for 'pre approval' before a payment is made in full.

This policy is going to be adhered to on all transactions from 1-1-2009 onward.
